2 pork tenderloins (about 1 lb. each)
4 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
Vegetable oil (for grill)
½ cup peach preserves, warmed
Peach-Mustard Sauce (for serving)
Season pork. Rub pork all over with salt and pepper. Let it rest under room temperature for 1 hour.
Set your grill at medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
After brushing pork with some preserves, it’s time to grill. It is recommended to grill for 10-12 minutes, until pork becomes charred on all sides and the temperature at the thickest part reaches 130°. During grilling, remember to flip every 4 minutes or so and brush with any remaining preserves.
After finishing grilling, transfer pork to a cutting board and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then slice it into ½" thick pieces.
Serve sliced pork with Peach-Mustard Sauce alongside. Time to savor!
