1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground pepper
Some lemon zest
Some fresh thyme, finely chopped

Royal Gourmet Wood Chips Smoker Box
Royal Gourmet Stainless Steel Barbecue Skewer
Grill recommended:

First off, put some ground lamb in a big bowl. Smash the garlic cloves and mince them until they are smooth like paste. Add all the ingredients into the bowl and mix them well. You can use a spatula while using your hand is definitely faster and better.
Set the marinated lamb aside, and preheat your Royal Gourmet grill. Charcoal grill will definitely impart the unique smokey flavor, however, if you are using a gas one, a Royal Gourmet wood chips smoker box will contribute to the wood flavor you want. Simply add some pecan or mesquite woods in that box and place it in your grill.
Form the lamb into cylinder shape and thread them onto skewers.
When your lamb kofta skewers are done and the grill is nice and hot, place the lamb in grill over medium high heat. Let them cook for 8-10 minutes on each side.
2-3 minutes before the lamb skewers are done, baste honey on the lamb with Royal Gourmet silicone barbecue brush. This will give the lamb kofta a really appealing hue.
Once the lamb is done, transfer it to a cutting board.
Prepare some vegetables, such as lettuce, and tortillas. Place the tortillas on grates. It won’t take long, just 6-8 seconds on each side is good.
Put the tortilla in the cutting board and add the phenomenal lamb kofta, take off the skewer. Put some lettuce, sliced onions. Add a tablespoon of Greek yogurt.
Wrap the tortilla and you are ready to enjoy. With a single bite of the smokey, tasty and flavorful kofta wrap, you are immediately transferred to the magnificent Turkey.
