Pork

Garlic Honey Pork Chops

Pork chops are great for backyard. No matter you are throwing a party or just a daily meal, a delicious pork chop can always get you. Among the many ways of cooking pork chops, grilling is my favourite. When they are freshly delivered from an excellent-performance grill and are juicy and tender, nobody can resist such a savory repast.

From my perspective, pork chops are going best with sweet flavor, therefore we are here introducing this sweet recipe to you.

Ingredients you’ll need:

Pork chops

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tbsp honey

1/2 cup apple juice

1/4 cup vegetable oil

3-4 cloves of garlic, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground pepper

Tools you’ll need:

Royal Gourmet Barbecue Tongs

Royal Gourmet Silicone Barbecue Brush

It’s not that hard to make a tender and juicy grilled pork chop. It’s all about the sauce and the controlling of time.

Firstly you’ll need to prepare some nice and thick pork chops. Trim the fat if you want.

In a bowl mix all the sauce ingredients together and whisk to a good combine. Bring the sauce to a boil. Keep stirring to help the flavors blend well.

Save the sauce for basting later.

Lightly season the pork chops. Drizzle a little oil and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat your Royal Gourmet grill meanwhile, and brush the grates with oil.

While the grill is nice and hot, place the seasoned pork chops on grates over medium high heat. You’ll hear the pleasant sizzling sound immediately, which is probably the best music for grill enthusiasts.

With Royal Gourmet silicone barbecue brush, keep basting the sauce made before, giving the pork chops that beautiful, caramelized and seared color. But remember do not over grill the pork chops, or they will become tough and chewy which is certainly the last thing you want to see.

Royal Gourmet grills are performing really well in maintaining temperature, so that your foods will be cooked evenly with consistent heat.

Grill no more than 15 minutes or until the pork chops reach the doneness you want. Transfer them to a cutting board and let them rest for a while.

The pork chops are nicely glazed which is already very appealing. When you slice them, you’ll see how tender they are and the juice is coming out from the meat. How can anybody say no to this phenomenal food! The sweet and garlicky flavors combine perfectly, making every of your bite a great joy.
