Grilled Short Ribs with Pickled Daikon
Steak is always the highlight in a summer grilling. The simple steps and the great flavor from delivered make it a winner in almost every grill party. A griller’s favourite music is that sizzling sound from a grilling steak.
As a matter of fact, a wonderful grilled steak can be easily realized with Royal Gourmet grills.
Ingredients:
1 beef steak
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ground black pepper
In a large bowl put the marinade spices all together, whisk to a good combine.
Coat the steak evenly with the marinade and put it together with marinade in a sealing bag. Place the sealing bag in fridge for approximately 6 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium high, and brush the grates with oil. Take the well-marinated steak out of the bag and dry it with paper towel.
Place the steak in grill over medium heat and let it cook for 8-10 minutes. Baste some marinade if necessary, and flip once. Let the other side grill for another 8-10 minutes.
Before taking the steak out of the grill, move it to high heat zone and let it char, about 1 minute for each side.
Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.
Slice the steak and get ready to chow down!
