Easy Beer Can Chicken

 

If you ever need to cook a whole chicken in a grill, the beer can chicken is probably one of the most efficient and easiest way. The idea is, while chicken is under high heat in grill, the beer will keep steaming from inside of the chicken. It is a great way to keep your chicken moist and juicy.

Everytime when you get a big group around, this is a great recipe for sharing the delicious grilled chicken.

 

Ingredients you’ll need:

Chicken (one or more)

Olive oil

Salt

Ground black pepper

Cayenne pepper

Garlic powder

Brown sugar

Beer

Worcestershire sauce

Lemon juice

2-3 garlic cloves, minced

BBQ sauce

First off, you’ll need to rub the chicken.

Mix the cayenne, garlic powder, brown sugar, salt and pepper well. According to the size of your chicken, the quantity of each ingredient is adjustable. Of course, you can also use the chicken seasoning you bought from store.

 

Drizzle the chicken with olive oil and rub all over the chicken with the powder mixture. Rub underneath the skin as well, so that your chicken gets more flavors.

 

Open your favourite beer and pour out half. Add a little Worcestershire sauce and some fresh lemon juice as well as the minced garlic. While the beer is steaming, the chicken can get more flavors inside.

Cut the mouthwatering chicken and share with your family or friends. This beer can chicken doesn’t require a professional chef to make, and you can simply grill it at home. The meat is flavorful, moist and juicy while the skin is crispy, which is nothing but perfect.
